Iupital™ ST series
Global Polyacetal Co., Ltd. (GPAC) has developed "Iupital™ ST Series," an innovative series of flexible POM resins. Historically, poor weld adhesion plagued traditional soft POM resin, posing a significant barrier to practical use. Our proprietary technology overcomes this, balancing soft texture with high structural reliability—even at weld lines. This enables use in complex parts like trim clips, expanding design flexibility and offering new possibilities for next-generation manufacturing.
Characteristic of ST series
ST Series dramatically improves the weld adhesion issues that have plagued traditional soft POM resin, thanks to new technology. This advancement allows for the use of soft POM resin in molded products where welds are inevitable, such as trim clips, resin belts, and metal insert molded parts, significantly enhancing design flexibility.
Additionally, we offer a range of grades that are compliant with VOC (volatile organic compounds) regulations for automotive interior components. ST Series is expected to address challenges in material selection and product design related to weld cracks across various industries.
